Luna’s K9 Cabin – Where Your Pup Gets the Coziest Little Vacation
At Luna’s K9 Cabin, we keep things small, calm, and full of love — just the way our fur-babies like it. We only take a couple handfuls of pups at a time so everyone gets alllll the snuggles, playtime, and one-on-one attention they deserve. And because we’re family owned and operated, your dog is always greeted by the same familiar faces… kind of like visiting their favorite auntie’s house.

Yes!! We encourage you to schedule a tour of Luna's K9 Cabin before booking. We want you to feel confident and comfortable leaving your dog in our care. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
We offer a 10% discount for Educators and Veterans (ID or Certificate required), as well as discounts for multiple pets and long-term stays. Ask about our refer a friend program!
Absolutely! We offer updates via texting and encourage you to stay connected with us.
If your dog falls ill or gets injured during their stay, we will contact you immediately. In case of an emergency, we will take your dog to an emergency animal hospital. We will always act in the best interest of your pet's health and safety.
To ensure a safe and happy stay, we ask that your dog meet the following criteria:
* Up-to-date Vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella
* No signs of illness (must be healthy and free of parasites)
* We also require that your dog be on flea and tick prevention during their stay.
To reserve a spot for your dog simply visit our Booking Page (Button is at the top of Website) or give us a call/text at (863) 298-2427. We recommend making your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons like holidays or summer.
Because Luna’s K9 Cabin is a family run, limited space retreat, each reservation holds a dedicated spot for your dog.
To keep things fair for all families and to protect our limited space, the following policy applies:
Reservation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dog’s stay.
This deposit is applied toward your total at drop-off.
Standard Stays
• Cancellations made 72+ hours before drop-off → Deposit is transferable to a future stay (within 6 months).
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before drop-off → Deposit is non-refundable.
Holiday & Peak Stays
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Spring Break)
• Cancellations made 7+ days before drop-off → Deposit transferable.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before drop-off → Deposit is non-refundable.
Early Pick-Up / No-Shows
Once your dog’s stay has begun, unused days are non-refundable.
We understand that life happens! If there is a true emergency, please reach out — we always try to handle special circumstances with care.
Your dog will be taken outside every 3-4 hours from 5am to 8pm.
5am: First Potty Break of the Day
8am-9am: Potty Break/Play Time
12pm-1pm: Potty Break/Play Time
4pm-5pm: Potty Break Play Time
8pm: Last Potty Break of the Day
If your dog is social and enjoys group play, they will be included in a playgroup during their stay. However, for dogs that prefer solitude or private playtime, we will ensure they are not placed in a group
If your dog prefers to stay outside and play for the full hour, they will have supervised playtime during that time. However, some of our furry friends enjoy going potty and then heading back inside to relax in the AC while watching TV, and that's perfectly fine too! We're here to ensure your dog has the best stay, and we'll happily accommodate their individual needs.
Please bring your dog’s food for the duration of their stay, along with any medications they are currently taking. Treats and a few favorite toys are always welcome; however, we also offer complimentary treats for our guests unless they are on a specific diet. If you'd like, you can bring a blanket or a piece of clothing with your scent to help comfort them while away from home. We have plenty of clean bowls available for feeding, so there’s no need to worry about that.
